1. About these Terms
These Terms govern your use of Jungle Joey Media, including the public business directory, business listing pages, the business owner workspace and the related services described on this website.
Jungle Joey Media is operated by Jungle Joey Enterprises.
By using this website, applying for a listing, or signing in to a business workspace, you agree to these Terms.
2. What Jungle Joey Media does
Jungle Joey Media publishes business listing pages and operates a local business directory. Depending on the plan a business holds, Jungle Joey Media may also provide tools for the business to manage its own listing, including profile details, services, photographs, opening hours, service areas, promotions, appointment types, staff availability, supply records, customer enquiries and support requests.
Jungle Joey Media is a listing and media service. It is not a booking agent, employment agency, contractor, insurer, lender or professional adviser, and it does not perform the services that listed businesses provide.
3. Two kinds of listing
Claimed listings. A claimed listing is managed by the business itself, or by someone the business has authorised, through a Jungle Joey Media workspace account.
Unclaimed listings. An unclaimed listing is compiled by Jungle Joey Media from publicly available information. An unclaimed listing is labelled as unclaimed on the page. An unclaimed listing does not mean that the business has joined Jungle Joey Media, agreed to these Terms, purchased a plan, endorsed Jungle Joey Media, or appointed Jungle Joey Media to act for it in any way.
Jungle Joey Media does not claim to represent, speak for, or hold any agreement with a business whose listing is unclaimed.
4. Claiming, correcting or removing a listing
If you are the owner of a listed business, or are authorised to act for it, you may ask us to:
- claim the listing so that you control it
- correct any detail that is wrong or out of date
- remove the listing entirely
Send the request to junglejoeyenterprises@gmail.com from an address connected to the business, or tell us how we can reasonably confirm your authority. We will verify authority before transferring control of a listing. We will act on correction and removal requests without requiring you to buy anything.
5. Workspace accounts
Workspace accounts are created by Jungle Joey Media after a business application is reviewed. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private, for the accuracy of the information you publish, and for the activity of any additional users you add to your workspace.
Tell us promptly at junglejoeyenterprises@gmail.com if you believe an account has been used without your permission.
6. Plans and limits
Plans and their current limits are set out on the Packages page. Limits may include the number of featured services, photographs, videos, workspace users, appointment types and profile updates, and whether promotional and supply tools are included.
Where a numeric limit applies, that number is shown. We do not describe a limited allowance as unlimited.
If you move to a lower plan and your listing exceeds the new limits, we will tell you what is over the limit and give you the opportunity to choose what to keep.
7. Billing
Jungle Joey Media currently bills manually. We issue an invoice and arrange payment with you directly.
No payment card processing takes place on this website for Jungle Joey Media services. We do not ask for, collect or store card numbers, bank details or similar payment credentials through the Jungle Joey Media pages or workspace.
Fees, billing periods and any setup charge are those stated on the Packages page or in the invoice or written arrangement that applies to your account.
8. Content you provide
You keep ownership of the text, photographs, logos and other material you provide. By publishing material through Jungle Joey Media you give us permission to host, display, resize and distribute it for the purpose of operating and promoting your listing and the directory.
You confirm that you have the right to use the material you upload, including any photographs of people or premises, and that it is accurate and not misleading.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use Jungle Joey Media to publish material that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or that impersonates another business. Do not attempt to gain access to another workspace, interfere with the operation of the website, or extract the directory in bulk by automated means without our written permission.
10. Review and publication
Listings and listing changes may be reviewed before they appear publicly. Published pages are served from an approved version, so an edit in your workspace becomes public only once it has been published.
We may decline, pause or remove a listing that breaches these Terms, that we cannot verify, or that we reasonably believe exposes us or the public to harm. Where we do so for a paid account we will tell you why and how to resolve it, and your route to support and to billing resolution remains available.
11. Availability
We aim to keep the service available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may change, and we may add, alter or withdraw parts of the service as it develops.
12. No guarantee of results
Jungle Joey Media does not promise any particular number of views, enquiries, bookings, customers or revenue, any search engine position, or any specific commercial outcome.
13. Other businesses and third party services
Listings, booking links and other outbound links point to businesses and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their conduct, or any dealing you have with them. Any contract for a listed service is between you and that business.
14. Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Jungle Joey Media is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business or lost data arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability arising from fraud or wilful misconduct.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Before filing a dispute, please contact us so we have an opportunity to resolve it. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Maricopa County, Arizona.
Jungle Joey Media is not introducing mandatory arbitration at launch.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service changes. The published version applies from the date shown at the top of this page.
